INFERNIS STAFF

TEAM AGREEMENT 1.2

Keep it in the team.

A straightforward confidentiality agreement for everyone working inside Infernis Games, LLC.
Use good judgment with private material.

Do not repost internal docs, screenshots, credentials, player information, or team conversations. If you are unsure whether something can be shared, ask first.

1. Confidential information

Confidential Information includes all nonpublic information made available through the portal, Discord, internal documents, staff discussions, source code, credentials, infrastructure details, roadmaps, unreleased features, financial or business information, personnel and applicant information, player or customer information, reports, disciplinary records, investigations, security evidence, logs, screenshots, files, links, and any information identified as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be private.

2. Limited purpose and least access

I will access and use Confidential Information only as needed for my authorized role with Infernis Games, LLC. I will not browse, collect, export, or retain information merely because my account can reach it. I will follow role permissions, document access labels, administrator instructions, and the principle of least privilege.

3. No disclosure or redistribution

I will not disclose Confidential Information to unauthorized people or communities. I will not forward protected links, share credentials or sessions, republish documents, post screenshots, livestream private systems, or move information into personal storage, public channels, unapproved bots, artificial-intelligence services, transcription services, code assistants, or other third-party tools without express authorization.

4. Account and device security

I will use only my own account, keep authentication factors and recovery credentials private, lock or sign out of shared devices, maintain reasonable device security, and promptly report suspected compromise, account sharing, unexpected prompts, mistaken access, lost devices, or unauthorized disclosure. I understand that portal access and protected links may be logged and reviewed for security.

5. Handling and retention

I will use approved storage and communication channels, verify recipients and access levels before sharing, avoid unnecessary local copies, and securely delete temporary copies when they are no longer needed. I will not attempt to defeat encryption, monitoring, retention controls, access restrictions, or audit records.

6. Ownership and work product

Confidential Information and portal content remain the property of Infernis Games, LLC or the applicable rights holder. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, work product created within the scope of authorized Infernis Games duties is for Infernis Games operations and may not be reused or distributed outside those duties without written approval.

7. End of access

When my role changes or ends, or when requested by an authorized administrator, I will stop accessing private systems and return or securely destroy Confidential Information in my possession, subject to any preservation instruction. Confidentiality duties continue after my access or staff relationship ends.

8. Monitoring, enforcement, and reporting

I understand that Infernis Games, LLC may record and review authentication, IP, device, sharing, download, upload, editing, synchronization, and administrative events to protect its systems and investigate misuse. Suspected violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, staff action, removal from associated communities, preservation of relevant evidence, and legal remedies where appropriate.

This agreement does not prevent lawful reports to authorities or disclosures protected by applicable law. Prior permission or notice is not required where the law forbids it.

9. Exceptions and required disclosure

This agreement does not restrict information that becomes public through no breach by me, was lawfully known to me without confidentiality restrictions, or is lawfully received from an authorized third party. If disclosure is legally required, I will give Infernis Games, LLC prompt notice when legally permitted and disclose only what is required.

10. Bug reports and evidence

I will submit accurate, relevant reports and evidence, redact secrets and unrelated personal information, and use an approved private route for confidential recordings. A report is for fixing or investigating a problem, not for humiliating someone. I understand that YouTube Unlisted and other shareable links are not private storage.

11. Approved integrations and changelog audiences

I understand that authorized GitHub and Discord workflows can copy report content, comments, displayed attribution and supported images outside the panel. I will check the destination audience before approval or sharing. Panel permissions do not control exported copies. I will keep panel-visible changelog descriptions suitable for their QA audience and will not treat a label as permission to publish private investigations.

12. Documents, guide images and acknowledgments

I will check role and reader access before publishing or sharing documents and guides, including their embedded images. Access to an image within a guide does not authorize unrelated file access or redistribution. I will read and confirm each required guide page honestly rather than skip ahead or acknowledge for somebody else.

13. Approved AI and human responsibility

I will use AI features only within their approved scope and my authorized role, avoid sending credentials or unrelated personal data, and review outputs before acting on them. Approved AI processing does not authorize use of unrelated external tools or waive confidentiality. Automated suggestions can be wrong; I remain responsible for the material I submit and the decisions I make.

14. Preferences, records and accidental disclosure

I understand that notification choices, optional profile details and access changes do not erase work, evidence, acceptance records or external copies. I will promptly report an accidental disclosure, identify the affected records and destinations without spreading the material further, and follow authorized containment or preservation instructions.

15. Electronic acknowledgment

By checking the box below and continuing, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this Staff Confidentiality Agreement. The portal will preserve the agreement version, content fingerprint, acceptance time, account, IP evidence, and device user-agent evidence in the security record.
