1. What this site is
Infernis Games is an independent multiplayer game studio. This website provides studio information, project history, project links, hiring and collaboration contact options, and other editorial material. Project names, screenshots, artwork, availability, development status, pricing, schedules, and features may change without notice. A page on this site is not a promise that a project will launch, remain available, or contain a particular feature.
Hellbounds is a separate live project destination linked from this site at hellbounds.net. The terms, rules, purchase policies, and privacy practices applicable to Hellbounds or another linked service may be different from these terms.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
You may use this site only if you can legally agree to these terms. If you use the site for a company, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If a particular service has a higher age requirement, that service’s requirement controls.
These terms apply each time you access the site. If you do not accept a revised version, your remedy is to stop using the site. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful, ordinary purposes such as learning about Infernis Games, visiting a linked project, or contacting us about work. You may not:
- interfere with the site, its hosting, its forms, or its security controls;
- probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or test systems in a way that creates risk or unreasonable load;
- submit malware, spam, unlawful threats, impersonation, harassment, or content that infringes another person’s rights;
- use the site to misrepresent an affiliation with Infernis Games or a project;
- attempt to bypass access controls, manipulate a form, or obtain information that is not intended for you; or
- use automated tools in a way that ignores technical instructions, burdens the site, or copies substantial content without permission.
We may limit, suspend, or block access when we reasonably believe use violates these terms, threatens the site, or creates legal or security risk.
4. Ownership and permission
Unless a page or asset says otherwise, Infernis Games owns or has permission to use the site’s design, writing, code, logos, marks, layouts, and media. Hellbounds and other third-party marks remain with their respective owners. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use a trademark, logo, artwork, source code, or project asset beyond the limited permission needed to view the site.
You may link to a public page and quote a short excerpt with accurate attribution. You may not copy, mirror, resell, publish, modify, train a commercial dataset on, or present substantial portions of this site as your own without written permission. To request permission, email contact@infernisgames.com.
5. Messages, ideas, and submissions
For staff/QA reports and suggestions, submit accurate information you are authorized to share. Give steps, expected and actual behavior, and relevant evidence; do not turn a bug report into a personal attack. Do not include credentials or unrelated private information. Uploading someone else’s private messages because you can is not a useful contribution.
Authorized review may copy report content, displayed submitter attribution, comments and supported images to approved GitHub or Discord destinations. A report can be queued, approved, sent, held or rejected; submission alone does not guarantee a fix, an export or a deadline. External copies follow that service’s permissions. Closing a report or deleting a panel account does not automatically recall those copies.
Follow attachment limits shown in the form. For recordings over 100 MB, use an Unlisted YouTube link only if the recording is suitable for anyone with the link to view. For confidential evidence, ask for an approved private route. Never bypass a limit by disguising a file or putting secrets in a public link.
You keep ownership of original material you send us. By submitting a message, attachment, pitch, idea, portfolio, or other material, you give Infernis Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, store, review, reproduce, and use that material as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a collaboration, administer a project, protect the studio, or comply with law.
This license does not transfer ownership of your work and ends when it is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes, subject to records we must retain. You represent that you have the right to send the material and that it does not violate another person’s confidentiality, contract, privacy, or intellectual-property rights.
Do not send trade secrets, credentials, payment information, unreleased source code, or other confidential material unless we have agreed in writing to receive it under appropriate terms. A contact-form submission does not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, or obligation to review, pay for, or develop an idea.
Workspace tools and responsibility
Use your own account and only the records needed for your role. Role-based document access, guide acknowledgments, tasks, quizzes, comments and notifications are working tools, not permission to scrape or redistribute the workspace. Confirm each guide page honestly. Turning off alerts does not complete a task or remove the obligation to handle it.
Enabled AI tools can provide drafts, summaries and reviews, not guaranteed answers. Check facts, evidence, tone and permissions before acting. Do not upload internal information to an unrelated AI tool without approval. A displayed role, approval badge or AI suggestion does not expand your authority.
6. Third-party services and links
The site may link to or rely on services operated by others, including hosting, email, form delivery, analytics, payment, social, community, or project services. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, fees, purchase rules, and cancellation policies. Their policies control your use of those services and any transaction made with them.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, security, outages, changes, data practices, or transactions. A link is provided for convenience and does not mean Infernis Games endorses every statement or guarantees the linked service.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We try to keep the information useful and the site online, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, complete, current, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or browser.
We do not provide legal, financial, security, employment, or professional advice through this site. Nothing here guarantees a job, partnership, investment outcome, game launch, server uptime, feature, prize, purchase, or commercial result. You are responsible for evaluating whether a project, link, or service is right for you.
8. Liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infernis Games and the people who help operate this site will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the site, a linked service, an unavailable page, a submitted message, or reliance on project information.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, the total liability for claims connected to the site will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly to Infernis Games for the site during the prior twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, including certain intentional misconduct or non-waivable consumer rights.
You agree to reimburse and defend Infernis Games against reasonable claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these terms, or material you submit in breach of another person’s rights.
9. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms as the studio, website, projects, or law changes. The date above identifies the current version. If a change is material, we will update the page notice when practical. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Colorado, without depriving you of protections that mandatory law gives you where you live. Any dispute should first be sent to us so we have a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Questions about these terms belong at contact@infernisgames.com. Infernis Games is based in Denver, Colorado.
